R700 Hydration Pack

Was looking for a hydration pack that would double up as an easy day hike pack & hydration pack with front pockets & back storage that I can run comfortably with on longer training (slow) runs. I do not race, just keeping fit. I loved a lot about R700, it's light weight, comfortable and easy to adjust. I would definitely repurchase this vest for myself if I ever want one for "just" running, & highly recommend it for people who are looking for a run vest.

Purchased my vest for my up and coming Kokoda challenge and while the product that was sent had a minor issue, Joanne, from the customer service team was outstanding, making sure the issue was rectified quick smart and resolved. I have used my vest a couple of times now and LOVE IT! Perfect for long hikes and know it was the best purchase I have made for my challenege. Again, hats off to the team - customer service like this is so few and far between now days - so it's super refreshing to see a team who genuinely care about the customer experience and a passion for their product. The multiple storage compartments are useful with plenty of storage!
The material is durable but yet highly breathable.

I love it. Only thing I have noticed is a couple of times when the chest bottles are half full they want to jump out, especially when going down hill

If the front bottles are bouncing a bit when they're half full, we usually recommend tightening the chest straps slightly and giving the bottles a quick squeeze to remove excess air as they empty. That can help keep them sitting more securely, especially on downhill sections.
