What is your exchange/returns policy?
RUNLY offers a 14-day exchange policy once the item has been received by the customer.
To be eligible for an exchange within this period, your product must be:
- Unworn
- In the same condition as sold
- You must have proof of purchase (Order # & Name)
Note: We charge a restocking fee of $5 to cover our warehouse administration costs in case of a refundable return (not applicable to faulty items).
HOW TO RETURN:
Please contact us for an official Returns Form, quoting your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return
Note: Do not return an order without a returns form, it can't be attributed to you.
Once you have your Returns Form, please complete this and send your return to the address provided.
If you wish to exchange an item, we will organise this and dispatch your new item within 5-10 business days of receiving your return.
Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as RUNLY cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived safely to us. RUNLY does not cover any postage costs associated with domestic or international returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.
XMAS RETURN EXTENSION (DEC 1 - 31)
Orders placed between December 1st - 31st include a 30-day return policy extension to return or exchange items.
WARRANTY
How long is your warranty period?
RUNLY offers a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
What is covered by the warranty?
Any errors caused by the manufacturing of the product such as defects will be covered by warranty. These specifically include colouring of product and any major defects. This does not include general wear & tear or use of product outside of its recommended use.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
