It has been such a wild 7–10 days, I didn't get a chance to write last week's founder update!

There haven't been many that I've missed in the previous 98 weeks, but there has been so much going on recently.

There's two big headlines that I'm going to fill you in on. Let's crack in.

⚡ NEW: FOREST BLACK

I had been teasing that we were going to be launching something new for the past month or so, and it’s finally here—Forest Black. I’ve been so excited to get this colourway out into the world because, honestly, it looks incredible.

This is a fresh take on our first Hybrid Pro that we launched in October last year.

Forest Black dropped last Friday morning, and the response has been unreal. The amount of love across the internet—and more importantly, within the Runly community—has been amazing.

Believe it or not, 70% of the Forest Black vests are already sold out! Wild!

Since this is a limited release, we don’t have any extra stock waiting in the wings. If we do bring it back, it won’t be for a while. So if you’re keen, grab one before they’re gone here.

🚚 PRE-ORDERS ON THE WAY

Over the last 18 months or so, we've handled quite a few pre-orders. If I had to guess, I'd say it's aged me about 10 years 😅.

It’s one of those things—you’d rather not do pre-orders, but sometimes, you have to.

In an ideal world, we'd have a fully stocked warehouse all the time and never need pre-orders again. But for a growing small business, that’s not always realistic.

Stocking up is quite an expense, and with demand for our running vests constantly rising, keeping up can be a challenge.

But the good news? We’ve got a strong plan this year to stay stocked and keep pre-orders to a minimum.

Managing pre-orders is stressful. Hundreds of customers are counting on us to deliver on time, and behind the scenes, we’re juggling logistics, quality control, and then the mad rush of dispatch when the stock arrives.

Our warehouse crew has been amazing—they managed to send out every single pre-order in just 48 hours. Incredible.

Every pre-order is officially on the way, and as of this morning, quite a few have already been delivered!
