I run a large phone currently so the S24 ultra gets in only with a squeeze and stretch. I also have a key fob like most that is electric and the little zippier for this is not adequate for a modern car key. The pouch on the other side to slide stuff in will be lucky to fit any bars in it. It's minimalist and I like that but in saying that, just a smidge too restrictive for carrying a phone, key and museli bar. I should have gone the more expensive one as it's use ability extends to having space for water and more.
Running with it is solid. It is light and stays where you put it. Fits well.

For carrying a few extra things, I would definitely recommend the Hybrid Pro vest, which as you mentioned is a little more expensive, but the lightweight nature of the vest with 12 pockets would mean you're not restricted in carrying whatever it is that you need.

It's perfect for carrying my phone. I only take my phone if I need it in an emergency. The bonus is the reflective on the vest as I mostly run in the dark. 10 out of 10 for comfort and practicality. Quick to arrive and in time for the marathon I was about to run.

Very light weight and comfortable to run in! Much prefer the vest over wearing a running belt. It doesn’t rub or bounce which is amazing and I don’t have to keep adjusting it like I would with a running belt. Very happy! Easily holds my phone and key!

Overall its a quality product. Fits well and doesn't bounce. Couple of issues although these are really specific. I've got a s22 ultra which is a pretty large phone. I would say it just barely fits. If there was a bit more space heading up behind the zipper then it would realistically hold pretty much any phone. For the zipper pocket, it's a bit small for a car key although you can jam it in barely. Overall happy with the product, works so much better than a belt and is more simple than a vest.

I've really enjoyed my experience with the V1 running vest so far. I've taken for short and longer runs and it's held up well carrying my phone and a gel or two.
I can see why the improvements were made for version 2 and I'm sure further development is on the way for a V3.

I use a 6.8 inch phone app connected to a continuous glucose monitor that is needed when I run. The running vest provides a secure pocket for the phone. Having the phone on my chest is more comfortable and less annoying than the armbands, bum sacks, and hip pockets I have used previously.
