Stock Runs & Honest Brand Updates
I hope you're having an excellent week. Perhaps you're even starting to wind down for the holidays?
If anything, my last week has ramped up.
Pre-orders, stock, deliveries, new products in the works, locking in events and big plans for 2024 have taken up a lot of my time!
Some of you may have noticed, but there was no email last week.
Amidst the chaos that is December and running back and forth to the warehouse, last week's newsletter got away from me.
Let's get into this one.
R700 PRE-ORDERS ARE OUT!
I'm the sort of person that gets really caught up in things when they're not going right.
If you read the last newsletter, I shared that I had many sleepless nights trying to get stock in for our R700 Hydration Vest pre-orders.
We had everything thrown at us - a cyber attack at the port, two different workforce strikes across Australian ports and not to mention the wild congestion in the delivery network.
But I'm happy to report that every single pre-order was dispatched earlier in the week!
A big relief for me.
I had placed the order so long ago the address on the delivery was my house, instead of the warehouse where our stock is now.
It took quite a few runs between my house and the warehouse to get it there. Door to door, floor to roof, boxes everywhere!

Our R700 has been our most popular product this year, and in some ways, has really put us on the map in the running scene in Australia.
This stock is 95% sold through the pre-order, but if you're interested in the final few you can get one here.
If you've read one of the other 41 newsletters that I've written, you'll know that I like to give you an honest update about what's happening behind the scenes - both good and bad.
I think that level of transparency has been appreciated by you, the Runly community.
We had quite a good November. Well, it was our strongest month so far, but that's not saying much to be honest with you.
We've been on a fast rise since about March of this year after toiling for 12-18 months prior.
So this November was our first real crack at the key shopping time.
Unfortunately we've not had the December that we would've liked (so far).
I think it's likely a combination of not having our best product in stock, but also I've been a little distracted and worried about dealing with the stock delays.
All in all, this year we've built a great community of runners (you), forged our way into the running scene as a legitimate brand and built a platform to launch into 2024.
Our plans for 2024?
Well that's a whole 'nother email!
